• Manage tooling build & delivery of internal & external customers from pre-kickoff to in plant launch • Maintain all aspects of tool builds including kickoff, quoting, scheduling, shipping, in plant support and processing • Provide commercially viable & profitable tool deliveries to customers, managing program budgets, engineering changes, and post delivery tooling support.

• Lead & support large scale automotive account, including technical and commercial responsibilities of launched programs, new projects, and technology introductions • Assess and refine supplier product timelines to assure key deliverables are met and funding is within program budget • Coordinate global teams to ensure customer deliverables are met on time & to quality standards • Drive internal process review project to consolidate turnaround timing of RFQ’s and PPAP submission, allowing quicker delivery of information and streamlining overall process

• Lead, develop, and maintain contact with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, tool sources, and internal Ford organizations to ensure accuracy & maintenance of part tracking matrices and reports across multiple programs • Assess and refine supplier product timelines to assure key deliverables are met and funding is within program budget • Drive and verify with internal and external operations that key program milestones are met to ensure program build events are supported with correct part pedigree and quality specifications • Develop automotive program timing plans, health charts, metrics, and business cases, analyzing part trends and leading resolution of issues across multiple commodities • Lead program meetings and interface with multiple levels within the organization, providing status reports and issues with defined conformance plans and alternative means to support build events and on time product launch • TCB program SharePoint Champion, managing engineering documents, dimensional data catalogue, and historical data summary

PROGRAM MANAGER • Coordinate tooling program timelines and processes to identify problems and maintain production schedules • Create and maintain program control documents that ensure quality process is followed through tooling homeline buy-off • Manage daily tool & die review meetings to ensure timelines are on track and open issues matrix is populated • Coordinate with global tooling suppliers to ensure timely delivery of product to OEM’s for production schedule kickoffs

• Responsible for over $1 million of spend with 7 North American stamping suppliers • Supervised $50 million North American forging supplier deck on interim basis, managing supplier issues • Managed supplier issues including negotiations, price increases, and production issues vital to supply chain • Proposed & implemented part resource initiative to save $190K annually by consolidating supply base & optimizing current supplier • Responsible for performing tooling audits to identify Meritor owned assets, resulting in $5 million tax savings on assets • Created supplier profiles to identify possible savings opportunities through detailed investigation (tooling info, payment terms, previous pricing issues, material indices used by supplier) • Created global Meritor supplier stamping database to identify commonalities in parts & production methods used to foresee potential savings initiatives

• Generated building blueprints using AutoCAD programs as well as analyzing proposed renderings to determine cost feasibility • Estimated and produced rough lumber building material packages used in residential & commercial construction
