• Conduct maintenance of mission critical systems (Generators, HVAC, UPS’s, etc.) • Manage systems in emergency situations: load transfer and control systems, UPS systems, DC power systems. • Analyze one-line diagrams to actively troubleshoot electrical systems, perform system augmentations, etc. • Basic maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, (painting, lamp replacement, etc.) • Perform site inspections and monitor the BMS • Manage and scheduling of vendors for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and projects. • Operate critical infrastructure under normal and emergency conditions. • Completion of site logs and data gathering issuing for basic permits, such as MOPs and scripts Incident Management • Writing of MOPs and Scripts • Budget management • Respond to all on-site incidents and act as required • Complete routine work requests • Effectively collaborate multiple departments and provide input to peers for general maintenance activities and additional projects • Carry out Small and Large infrastructure projects • Perform all listed activities for two mission critical facilities • Acting Lead Engineer (8/17-Present)

• Work with customers to troubleshoot connectivity issues of their network equipment • Work with customers in installation of customer servers, switches, and routers • Install, terminate, test, troubleshoot and repair SM and MM Fiber cross connects • Install, terminate, test, troubleshoot and repair copper cross connects • Install cabinets, cages, wire managers, patch panels, ladder rack, and fiber tray • Work as main point of contact for special IBX projects, and deployments. • Work with customer service managers and sales engineers in layout and installation of customer cages • Work with customer service managers to provide excellent customer service • Preform all Warehouse duties • Support Engineering staff (checking alarms, BMS, generators, and UPS system)

• Educate customers in different data telecommunication options to ensure they get exactly what they want regarding their installation • Interact with customers on site to develop or amend scope of work • Manage the installation and repair of data telecommunication systems in Commercial, Industrial, and Residential applications • Install, terminate, test, and repair Cat6, 5e, and Cat 3 cabling on patch panels, 110 frames, and 66 blocks • Install and terminate Cat3 and 5e feeder pair cabling on patch panels, 110 frames, and 66 blocks • Install, terminate, test, and repair 62.5, 50, and singlemode fiber optic cabling using LC, SC, and ST anaerobic, hot melt or Unicam connectors • Design and install basic A/V and teleconferencing systems including TV’s, projectors, ceiling and wall mount speakers, a/v receivers, Extron a/v switches, and Polycom or Cisco video conferencing systems • Design and install sever room and I.T. racking including 2 and 4 post server racks, ladder rack, basket tray, and wire management. • Dial tone and cross-connects for analog voice and data lines
