• Involved in a team rolling out Windows NT Workstation 4.0 to approximately 200-300 workstations at one site in a very short period of time. • This rollout involved a Microsoft Mail to Microsoft Exchange migration on both the server side and the desktop side. • Hardware and software upgrades were performed to bring all workstations up to the company standard of Office97, Outlook97 and Internet Explorer. • Provided 2nd level help desk support to the existing staff during the rollout for any issues that came up.
