I don't accept the first answer to "why isn't this working."That mindset has shaped my career. Not because everything I've worked on was broken, but because I'm curious about how organizations actually work versus how they think they work. There's usually a gap, and I like finding it.I'm pragmatic by nature. I'm less interested in the newest framework or the most sophisticated tool than in whether something will actually work for the people who have to use it. Technology and methodology matter, but they're only as good as the judgment behind them.The roles have changed over the years, but my approach hasn't. From customer-facing implementation work to enterprise transformation initiatives spanning Finance, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales, one belief has stayed constant: every job is customer service. Sometimes the customer is external. Sometimes it's a team that's been quietly waiting for someone to ask the right question. Whoever it is, the job is to listen and understand the real problem, then help build a solution people will actually use.
