Michael Apollo is a mindfulness educator, corporate consultant and mental health professional with over 15 years of experience leading mindfulness training to executives, professional athletes, allied health professionals and the general public. Michael and his Associates at MGC (Mindful Gateway Consulting) have a proven track record of successfully delivering customized national and international workplace mindfulness, mental health and emotional-social skills development initiatives. MGC's team is comprised of seasoned experts in workplace mindfulness, leadership performance, process integration, change management and adult learning. Michael volunteers his time for mental health charities and is a passionate advocate for accessible mental health. He is the Founder of the A Mindful Society Conference, the premiere annual mindfulness conference held in Toronto, Canada.
