 Track machine performance (Yield & Uptime &MU & MTBF) by regular machine PM and preventive solutions implementing thereby increasing machine utilization factor.  Perform troubleshooting escalation from shift line MTE when machine breakdown. (Activate Escalation process)  Support module products engineer to resolve quality and equipment issue, optimize manufacture products process to ensure the machine good condition and maximum output.  Setup equipment, update qualification and involve NPI engineering continuous improvement projects in terms of safety, quality, cost and productivities.  Conduct and coach shift line technician skills, provide training and coaches to manufacturing floor people to improve shift independence, share experience by BKM documents summary.
