Throughout my career, I tend to be a strategic person and always take the initiation to formulate IT strategy based upon the organizational goals and priorities. I also love technology very much and can leverage the capabilities to deliver solutions or drive process improvement and ultimately achieving operational excellence for the business. Besides that, I target to become the business enabler to drive innovation and value engineering as well. With my customer oriented and work passion behaviors, it is easy to build partnership with all kinds of the business stakeholders and foster a high performance team culture within IT that can provide value-added services and make customer satisfaction. I also learnt change management methodologies and acting as an informal practitioner in supporting to the success of system implementation and increasing the user adoption for the changes. PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) credential can even give me the opportunity to establish a successful PMO and promote project governance in the region. It can also link up with my career mission to make IT a strategic asset to the organization.
