Continue to maintain a sales territory as well as manage, coach, and develop other members of the CRC sales team.

Responsible for driving profitable growth through increased share at existing customers as well as prospecting new potential customers for a toll chemical manufacturer specializing in phenolic and amino resins, aromatic sulfonic acids, alkylated phenols, polyurethanes, acrylic polymers, formaldehyde and other specialty chemicals.

Responsible for profitability, sales growth, price management and strategy, inventory, and productivity of a product line manufacturing PCD and PCBN for metal cutting tooling in the automotive and aerospace industry. Worked with clients in both North and South America, Europe, and Asia.

Managed multiple product development and cost out projects for the production of PCD and PCBN utilized in both the metal cutting industry as well as oil & gas. Managed a large scale facility renovation project during a plant closure and transfer of production from an Ireland plant to the U.S.
