The company operated multiple manufacturing facilities, including Dongguan Hengchang Footwear Co., Ltd. (Guangdong), Chenzhou Hengchang Footwear Factory (Hunan), and Guangzhou Hengchang Garment Factory, covering both footwear and apparel businesses. The Footwear Division specialized in OEM manufacturing of women’s shoes, serving U.S. brands such as Walmart, Shoe Show, and Brown Shoe. The Apparel Division focused on fashion garment production, collaborating with brands including Harper’s Bazaar China.
