Responsible for Midea Group’s global wide compliance and Risk management establishment including: ● Publish Midea’s Export Control and Trade Compliance policy and establish its internal control system, and act as the Chairman of Midea Export Control and Trade Compliance Committee. ● Publish Midea Data Privacy policy (GDPR Policy) and establish its worldwide internal Personal Data Protection control system, and act as the Chief Data Protection Officer of Group Data Protection Office； ● Publish Midea’s first anti-corruption policy and establish its internal control system； ● Set up Midea Anti Money Laundering internal control system for Midea’s financial institution, and act as the team leader as the Midea AML Working Group; ● Publish Midea’s first Anti-Trust policy; ● Establish Midea Trade Secret Protection System, act as the core member of Midea Information Security Office
