This RFP response resulted in Sprint winning a multi-year contact with the State of Missouri ● Awarded Sprint’s President Circle recognition in 2012

● Managed a staff of 34 including 4 managers and a staff of 30 network analysts and technicians ● Implemented facility support contracts for 18 municipal government and public safety agencies which included the installation, operation and support of all LANs, WANs, wireless networks, servers & desktop systems. Operating environments included Microsoft & Novell with Cisco switching and routing platforms. Single largest contract was with St. Louis County Government which included over 3,000 desktop PCs and 50 servers. ● Designed and implemented REJIS wireless Mobile Data Terminal network supporting over 1,000 police cars using CDPD, iDEN & CDMA protocols from the Verizon, Nextel & Sprint networks. ● Installation & operation of the REJIS Wide Area Network (WAN). The REJIS WAN served over 150 police departments, courts and other government locations using Fiber, Cable Modem, Frame Relay & ISDN transport with Cisco routers ● Compliance with all service level agreements ● Internal & external network security Achievements: ● Developed a next generation broadband MPLS VPN WAN solution for the REJIS network in conjunction with Charter Business Networks ● Orchestrated connectivity arrangements with Verizon, Nextel & Sprint to support wireless data offerings from all three vendors for REJIS clients ● Engineered a wireless encryption solution to comply with NCIC/CJIS requirements while allowing the flexibility to support wireless solutions from all major wireless providers

● Responsible for the overall architecture of the XO Internet dial access platform. This platform served over 500,000 residential and business customers ● Lead a project team that converted managed modem services from various LECs to an IXC provided solution. This conversion project saved XO over $380,000 a month ● Coordinated the movement of numerous Internet dial access POPs as part of the overall migration of all customer traffic from legacy POPs to new XO POPs ● Contributed to the overall design of the XO OC192 based IP network ● Acted as liaison between engineering & product marketing on the evaluation of potential new products and services

● Teamed with the Williams product marketing group to develop new and innovative applications for Williams’s customers ● Lead a team of engineers to develop new applications and drive these applications from concept stage to production implementation ● Designed a unique solution using managed modem services from LECs & IXCs using the L2TP protocol. This project required extensive coordination between Nortel, Redback & LEC engineering organizations. ● Managed a group of 30 technical support specialist and network engineers. This group provided the following key support roles to the Network Operations Center in St. Louis to Cisco & Bay Networks, Ascend & Nortel Frame & ATM switch products, HP Openview, Bay Networks RAS, Redback, Microsoft Exchange, Outlook & Office products, and managed security

● Technical responsibility for the installation of a 50,000 port Internet dial access solution for Concentric Network using next generation remote access server technology from Bay Networks performing the following key functions as a liaison between customer and Bay Networks engineering; project manager for overall deployment of new RAS technology; ● Provided resolution of all technical issues with the Bay RAS equipment; ● Technical resource for customer interface, and documenting beta hardware & software testing

● Supported Fortune 100 customers in the St. Louis area as well as The State of Missouri ● Designed networks for Frame Relay, TCP/IP, NETBIOS, SNA, IPX, & X.25 protocols using Ethernet & Token Ring LAN topologies ● Designed a 350-router network for a major electrical distribution company ● Designed an entire new network solution for the Missouri Dept. of Health using Frame Relay circuits, Proteon routers, and Bay Networks 100 MB switched Ethernet products

● Oversaw the Installation and operation of an IBM SNA/SDLC network with several thousand terminals ● Supported 200 plus agencies in a five county area in both Missouri and Illinois ● Supported network topologies included analog and digital ● Deployed Point to point and multi-point, 4 & 16 Mb Token Ring, Ethernet, and dial up networks

● Managed a staff of 12 engineers that support 4 different satellite terminal locations. ● Managed the overall Installation and operational maintenance of the following types of equipment and services for Northern Telecom DMS-250 digital switch, Hughes Ku Band Earth Station, customer voice and data circuits and various local exchange carriers

● Serviced and maintained client's equipment, which included terminals, keyboards, printers, and processors. ● Responsible for the installation and preventative maintenance of all equipment ● Worked with systems engineers and marketing representatives to solve problem situations and meet customer needs
