Ran day to day operations as manager. Handled estimates and supplements for multiple Ins. Co. Ordered and checked all parts as well as handling all angles of production and quality control. In short this is where I got my education in the collision repair industry, right next to my father who taught me from the ground up.

Assistant GM. Transferred to the 2nd lagrest grossing shop in the company after two months. I handled​ quality control on every vehicle through every phase of the repair process. Run production of two separate facilities consisting of 7 body techs 4 painters 2 detailers and multiple office personnel. Write estimates for multiple Insurance companies following through with customer updates, parts ordering and the delivery of vehicles back to their owners.

Handle all aspects of management. Write every estimate, order and check all parts, hand out every job and follow each through to completion. Quality control and customer service. In short at the Berlin location the GM is a one man band. I am very proud of my time at Rocco's Collision and grateful to have had the opportunity to prove myself to be more than just another tech.
