Responsible for procurement functions such as RFQ/RFP process, negotiations, price analysis, source justification and supplier selection in support of several Operation Iraqi Freedom programs including Counter Rocket Artillery and Mortar (CRAM) and Command Post Platform (CPP). Commodities included service agreements, military hardware, electronics, and fabricated material. $2,500.00 signature authority. ;

As a Procurement Agent supporting multiple prime contracts under the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Program, charged with management of supplier activity supporting a wide range of Missle Defense Agency (MDA) programs including Sea-based X-Band Radar (SBX-1) in-port maintenance/ construction efforts. The functions performed in support of the above stated programs include RFP activity, proposal evaluation, negotiation of pricing and terms and conditions, price analysis, preparation of contractual documents including but not limited to Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Authority to Proceed (ATP) Letters, Offer Letters and Purchase Contract Changes; monitor supplier quality and performance, interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions, manage contract terminations and closeouts.
