* Managing all daily operations for cutting and hot tap services division * Interacting with clients and contractors to ensure safe and successful operations * Gathering and sharing market data with sales and other departments * Providing technical support to sales * Business development concentrating on consulting companies, project engineering services, decommissioning companies, dive companies and midstream projects

* Represent and communicate between the customer and company all necessary safety, well control, regulatory training and job requirements * Interface with all divisions as related to customer activity and opportunities * Designed and built specialized cutting tools for pipeline removal * Designed (patent applied for) and built vertical cofferdam diamond wire saw * Technical assistance, proposal preparation, work procedure development, and job follow up assistance to customers * Analyzes and optimizes departmental inventory level and re-supply levels * Responsible for the equipment QA/QC status and organization of same in department, equipment maintenance, testing, and appearance as concerns either storage or staging of jobs, and enforcement of all Safety Policies of the Company * Assignment and scheduling of all Service Support to jobs * Interface with Customers and third party vendors as concerns proper and correct job requirements

Develop and implement cross functional Subsea and Topside Cutting initiatives and programs to ensure company is meeting the growth needs of the business as well as, the employee’s growth needs - Provide strategic direction and input regarding overall Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, and Contracts with Offshore Contracts Management Team - Coordinate proposals and bids to assure pricing levels are maximized based on market and capacity availability and constraints - Responsible for maintenance, care and safe operation of all equipment, and for the health and safety of all personnel, such as planning and supervising the repair, installation or modification of equipment by maintaining all information, inspection records, maintenance and service records on equipment, ensuring preventive maintenance programs are followed and records maintained
