Lithium battery products(3C, EV) >Responsible for research and development of lithium ion battery circuit design, PCB design, making sample, test parameters and specification, to manage supplier . >Being solved safety test problem in the process of research and development . To make product’s test specifications and laboratory test specification >Familiar with UL (UL2054, UL1642 ), IEC (IEC60950, IEC62133), CE international safety certification and the national standard 3C(CCC) certification, proficient in lithium ion batteries charging and discharging theory and temperature characteristic, assimilated theory of lithium ion battery. >Good at dealing with daily abnormal quality problems and customer complaints, and good communication skill and excellence eloquence, possessed management ability in daily work . >To verify battery's design standards, according to different customer requirement choose optimum design for satisfying their standard. > Assist the project management, control the project schedule, managing project risk in research and development phase, to find and handle it in time > To reduce design cost and production cost, increase the competitiveness of the products >Proficient in all kinds of overcharge current/over discharge current、overvoltage/undervoltage protection IC, and Fuel gauge IC's usage. >Familiar with the production of lithium-ion battery production process , its production technique , test methods have good practice and improvement experience. >Active working attitude, good team work spirit and customer service consciousness, can work under pressure.

> Be responsible for product's requirement analysis , original circuit/PCB design and Firmware design . >To research and improve efficiency of switch power circuit , eg : PWM drive circuit . DC/DC convert circuit , LDO circuit and design MCU’s control system . >Optimize heat dissipation design for the lighting , assist improve optic efficiency from R/D side. >To define test standard for new products. >According to TS16949 standard to make design files for each stage , release them and make it formed standard files . >To make samples for new product , and debug function . >To evaluate quality of suppliers for key electronic components , follow up new parts during trial-run stage , and admit new components . >To coordinate work of other department , allocate daily work to R/D team members , >Create new project team according to customer requirement , leading all team members to finish new product's design work (including hardware and software)on time . >Reduce the risk for new project , budget whole research&development cost , and profitability goal for this new project . >Manage team all the research and development work and coordinate the relationship between the project team and other department, provide related technical support for after sales or customer service. >Be responsible for selecting scheme, key component's selection, design cost audit management. >Assist follow up material preparation at research and development stage . >Daily management and work distribution arrangement in R&D department. >Evaluate R&D team member’s key performance (KPI). >Learning,researching,innovating and application of new technology on the product
