I directed all business operations across Greater China, covering training centers, live events, player development, equipment production, licensing, and media. My leadership focused on market growth, strategic partnerships, and new business innovation, establishing SlamBall as a premier sports and entertainment property in the region.

The firm delivers value-added services including incubation, strategic planning, and professional advisory, with a core focus on clients in sports, entertainment, and media. As Managing Partner, I oversaw overall business operations and strategic growth, serving as the lead strategist for venture creation and expansion. The firm operated as an integrated incubator, guiding projects from conceptualization through business planning, fundraising, and cross-border resource integration to full launch and scale.

As Managing Director, Taiwan, I was responsible for the overall business and strategic direction of the market. Group 11 also represents and consults for some of the world’s most prestigious sports institutions and global icons in the China market. As Partner, I was responsible for strategic development, fundraising, and deal structuring across sports, media, and entertainment investment opportunities.

Muzhen Yushang, also known as Dunhuang Cultural Group, is a company dedicated to advancing the cultural communication and development of Dunhuang. It is the only private enterprise appointed as an advisor to Dunhuang’s cultural and tourism departments. The company engages in diverse projects including TV and film production, animation, theater and dance productions, merchandise programs, art exhibitions, and cultural theme park development — all centered on Dunhuang’s rich history, art, and culture. As a founding member and Vice Chairman, I held board-level responsibilities, overseeing strategic development, investment management, and portfolio growth across all cultural and creative projects.

IMG is the world’s premier sports, entertainment, and media company, partnering with leading global marketers and media networks to grow their businesses through event properties, media production and distribution, talent management, sponsorship consulting, brand licensing, and more. As Managing Director of China, I led the company’s overall operations with cross-divisional responsibilities, focusing on business growth, new market development, and government relations. In addition, I served as a founding member and Chief Representative of CCTV-IMG Sports Management Co., Ltd., a joint venture between IMG and China Central Television. In this role, I was responsible for strategic planning, business development, and inter-company communications, driving one of the most significant international sports-media collaborations in China.
