Designed and developed mechanical systems for cogeneration facilities ranging from 500 kilowatt to 12 megawatts from conception to installation. Performed feasibility studies for customers and process evaluations. Supported international and domestic technology licensees during design and through installation of turbine cogeneration projects. Tracked and documented air quality requirements for cogeneration plants located in Northern and Southern California
