responsible for crew of 3-6 to changeover and set-up a chemical machine process. Chemically frosted lightbulbs using/handling 70% Hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, ammonia, caustic acid, sodium bicarbonate, reclaim salts, et al. - reducing down times, quality, troubleshooting, quantities, simplifying procedures and lowering costs. example: during my tenure, company removed two older machines and replaced them with one, larger capacity, updated unit. Initially, changeovers entailed 3 shifts of 6 operators to washout, changeover and restart. In under 2 months, any product could be done with 3 operators and 1 shift.

* Collaborate schedule of products processing through four departments. * Oversee team of three operators and five double pallet, Fanuc controlled Chiron machining centers. * Responsible for all tooling and program set-ups. * Program writing and changes. * All training and lean initiatives. * Fixture making (repairs, alterations and new designs) * example: Sped up delivery times by lowering job quantities, parts per cycle, cycle times and refixturing Parado listed parts, allowing our assembly department smaller quantities faster. * Parado list for the dept is 80% of sales being 20% of product list)
