Congruence Therapeutics is a biotechnology company using a unique computational platform to develop pharmacological stabilizers for rare diseases.

Conducted original research using the Molecular Operating Environment (MOE) to produce scientific talks and posters and present at conferences, workshops, and customer visits. Developed customized software solutions using CCG's in-house scripting language, Scientific Vector Language (SVL), and produced course materials, tutorials, and other technical documents. In addition to interpreting, understanding and resolving customer's scientific problems and queries, provided expert, on-site customer support, including formal presentations, demonstrations training, and discussions.

-Research Investigator in 8 person Exposure Dose Research Branch in the National Exposure Research Laboratory in RTP, NC (Headquarters for branch in Las Vegas NV). In silico model development for ADME related properties, virtual high-throughput screening and in silico-in vitro-in vivo extrapolation methods development. Developing personal chemical exposure informatics models (see details at www.systemsreality.org). -Developed computer models that quantify the process of how chemicals enter the body and where in the body they may end up. - Created new ways to animate and visualize this type of “pharmacokinetic” data. From 2011-2014 my research focus has been in the development of new tools to estimate how much chemical exposure one may get on a daily basis from “where I am, to where I work, to what I do at home, to what products I use”; a sub-domain of exposure science I refer to as “personal chemical exposure informatics”. - published over 30 publications (research articles, reviews and book chapters), 4 covers, received 14 awards, honors and scholarships, and presented at over 40 talks in over 30 national/international conferences. - Innovation Pre-Proposal recipient 3 years in a row (odds = 1 in 1000) and raised over 100K$/yr in research support since 2008. - mentored and supervised 9 students & trainees, and received 7 national research laboratory awards, and 4 graduate and undergraduate fellowships.

One of only four Research Chemists whose primary tasks were to support the galenic formulations group with chemical analyses. Primary task was analytical research and method development for HPLC methods on Waters HPLC systems using Millenium 32 software. Intensive work performed on post and pre-column derivitization for use in assays, impurity and stressed degradation studies (stability), as well as bioavailability research via gastric resistance and dissolution.

Duties involve in-process and finished product sampling of FDA approved products, physico-chemical tests according to USP guidelines on creams, as well as dissolution and content uniformity assays on finished product suspensions and sugar-coated tablets, all within the regimen of a GLP/GMP environment. Report writing, and QA data entry was also required.

- first representative and account manager for the Montreal region, my primary tasks were to recruit candidates for laboratory assignments, meet employers (presidents, CTOs, HR, and scientists) and make assignments of temporary or temp-to-hire work terms for individuals seeking scientific career opportunities. Secondary tasks were to make/manage contracts and employees sent on assignment.
