Working as the Senior Account manager at Idea Buyer, it was my responsibility to be the sole point of communication for over half of the client base for Idea Buyer, an app and product development firm. By being a strong voice and face of the company, I was entrusted with inspiring faith and confidence in our clients, many of which had invested over $30,000 a piece in the development or promotion of their app or product. During my time there, the company raised in rank to #165 on Forbes list of fastest growing small businesses in the nation, and restructured several aspects of its workflow based on my suggestions. My roles also included detailed tracking of all expenses, communication, and meetings within the company’s proprietary shared database. I was the sole point of communication for any spanish only speaking customers, and am fluent in the language. I was also entrusted with a key to the office, and often worked extra hours both in the office and remotely.

During my employment with Florabunda Designs, I handled all employee recruitment, management of all major jobs for clients (CCAD, Limited Brand, Nationwide, and OSU among many others), accounting and billing, overseeing of all projects with a 100% success and client satisfaction rate - this included, but was not limited to, meetings with all clients in the preliminary planning stage of an event all the way through to post production clean-up and everything in between. I managed a team of up to twenty people depending on the size of the job, and was ultimately responsible for that team's success. I also handled the processing and arrangement of multiple floral arrangements for the floral design side of the business, and designed and maintained the company website and all of its social media websites. This job also required that I operated various heavy machinery/vehicles, such as 26 ft. box trucks and 80 ft. boom lifts, and I am very competent and confident in doing so.
