Responsible for cash floats for carpentry, design, and production in the field.

Planned all travel and production logistics for six multi-camera crews shooting simultaneously nationwide. Negotiated trades in excess of one hundred thousand dollars for all cast and crew airfare and lodging. Responsible for organization of all tape footage for post, “File Transfer Protocol” and Releases.

Endemol/ Intuitive/ Discovery Channel Bethesda, Maryland Worked directly with “PBR Association" & “USA Olympic Swimming” as a liaison to ensure brand management & all contractual negotiations were met. In charge of Logistical support and implantation for multi-camera shoot in the field, & prepared all daily shooting schedule. Interviewed & hired all camera, audio, grips, and p.a’s for shoot.

Implemented entire field package for run of show. Hired and negotiated rates with all Camera operators, Audio, AC’s, Field Coordinators, and P.A’s. Worked with line producer to keep show out of overtime, meal penalties, and kept production on budget. Managed payroll for all field employees. In charge of all purchases, and working with accounting to reconcile receipts.

Assisted with aspects of operations including building maintenance, grounds maintenance, and event staffing. Coordinated staffing, planning out and assigning work, to ensure all tasks were completed, ordered materials/supplies pertaining to event. Acted as liaison with tenants, contractors, and facility as needed.
