Construction professional with 12+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction, combining hands-on trade expertise with formal education in construction engineering. I am a Red Seal Journeyperson in Drywall & Acoustic Lathing and a Construction Engineering Technician graduate from George Brown College, currently working toward my PMP certification as I transition into project coordination and construction management.Throughout my career, I have worked on high-end residential and major commercial projects across the Greater Toronto Area, including sites such as Pearson Airport, Pickering Casino, Torontos Eaton Centre, University of Toronto ( St George Campus) , York University Markham Campus and more. Prior to my work with local 675 I collaborated with firms such as Hariri Pontarini Architects, Ripple Projects and many more. My background in steel stud framing, drywall systems, and suspended ceiling installations has given me a strong understanding of construction execution, quality control, and coordination between trades.Beyond field work, I bring experience in project coordination, estimating, quantity takeoffs, scheduling, and client communication. I have managed renovation projects, prepared budgets and estimates, coordinated subcontractors, and supported project managers to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Earlier in my career, I also operated my own drywall contracting business, delivering high-end residential projects and managing all aspects of project delivery from client consultation to completion.I am also Procore Certified (Project Manager – Core Tools & Project Management) and familiar with tools such as Bluebeam, Planswift, On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Project, and Excel for estimating, documentation, and project tracking.My goal is to leverage my combination of trade experience, technical education, and project coordination skills to contribute to construction teams delivering complex, high-quality projects.
