SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT - I provide hands on management and design of the flow of goods and services for a supply chain network. I am involved in the movement and storage of raw materials, of WIP inventory, and of finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption on all platforms. I deliver overall solution design and implementation which includes value add services such as packaging and kitting. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE - I am a leader who is committed to establishing a philosophy within the workplace where problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership results in ongoing improvement.
