Michael Pieri

Throughout my areas of work, I have developed a huge understanding of the smooth running of a successful hotel, obtaining managerial skills within a restaurant and hotel environment which has been extremely varied and made me become adaptable and flexible within a number of working environments as well as improving my social skills as I have had to work within a number of teams and deal with a number of different types of customers, staff, events and conference delegates. I have carried out a number of company procedures and standards as well as worked various shifts which has helped me perfect my managerial skills. Throughout my previous jobs and roles, I have always worked within a customer based environment. I feel I have the ability to communicate with customers and have dealt with sensitive issues within my previous and present employment. I have dealt with a number of varying enquiries which have involved a lot of planning as a team, delivering events, conferences, weddings etc.
