Created and edited Revit, Sap2000, and Autocad models for projects ranging from 250 acre processing plants to 40+ story luxury residential and retail buildings. Coordinated with all in-house engineering and architecture disciplines regarding modeling and aesthetic design from initial modeling to 100% design. Managed, edited, and created new and existing details as well as the reorganization of the standard detail database for the structural engineering department.

Compiled load lists for different job sites daily. Delivered materials and equipment to sites. General warehouse maintenance.

Worked as a laborer removing existing landscaping beds, patios, sidewalks, and walls and installed new features including patios, sidewalks, retaining walls, water and lighting features, and landscape beds.

Managed contractors for utility work done throughout the city. Inspected work done by contractors to check for compliance with city standard details. Updated maps and drawings using AutoCAD. Took surveys and collected documentation for various projects. Collected inventory of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment in order to better manage facilities owned by the city. Coordinated with residents regarding current work being done or work taking place in the future.

Worked as a groundskeeper doing daily course maintenance such as mowing, changing pin locations, tree trimming, etc. Managed small groups of groundskeepers on projects ranging from bunker removal/replacement to brush clearing. Also assisted in removing the large elevated deck on the back of the clubhouse to prepare for the new deck to be installed.
