As the company CEO, visionary and rain maker, he led company growth from start up to sixty-million dollars in real estate holdings. Developed a successful residential real estate sales team and support staff selling over one hundred homes annually. Led the firm's business planning, development, hiring and training. Coached and mentored team members to create a productive and profitable work environment. Founded and operated a non for profit charity in support of the fight against the homelessness epidemic in Chicago and suburbs.
