Michael Miserendino

Michael Miserendino has built more then 2500 commercial tenant improvement projects and completed numerous ground-up construction projects in the Phoenix and Las Vegas markets over the past decade. He has completed many Custom Home improvements and ground up homes. With a proven record of accomplishment, Michael has been an integral part of the meteoric rise of Imagine Builders over the past few years. He has helped implement a “repeatable processes centric system” for facilitating team-based growth. Michael currently serves as Imagine Builders Project Manager and Sales Coordinator. His skillset consists of project estimation, face-to-face client meetings and sales, direct supervision of the development and warranty departments to ensure quality from project inception to completion. Additionally, Mr. Miserendino is the managing partner for New Vision Mechanical. Prior to his business ownership and construction experience, Michael was the Facility Manager for Vantage Mobility Incorporated (VMI) overseeing 200 employees and 230,000 sq. ft. facility featuring the latest in assembly-line technology and CAD software specializing in handicap van conversion. At HEIL, Mr. Miserendino oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department supporting operations and scheduling for a company that offers the widest variety of refuse collection bodies as well as a premier line of hook lift and cable hoist units for roll-off containers. Education:Michael has a Certificate of Applied Sciences (awarded 1999) in Electro-Mechanical Automation Technology degree from Mesa Community College. He also studied Electrical Automations Engineering at Arizona State University.
