With PurEnergy I, LLC roots going back 20 years in turning around distressed power generating assets, our forte is providing complete Asset Management and O&M services to owners of power plants. While we are still very active in the remediation of distressed facilities, we believe our creative approach and philosophies can improve the bottom line of well performing assets beyond the expectations of owners. PurEnergy is also active in the acquisition market, both through providing support to major equity players and acquiring smaller niche projects ourselves. We accomplish all of this through aggressive hands on management of all aspects of owner responsibilities, asset management functions and O&M activities. We are also very comfortable in acquiring the GP or Lessee positions of distressed projects, thereby providing maximum flexibility in restructuring activities. We are also noted in the industry for our high ethical standards and take our associated fiduciary responsibilities very seriously.
