With over 19 years of military logistics expertise, my focus remains on advancing operational efficiency and personnel development. My passion has always been to effectively and efficiently lead people and accomplish any task, large or small. The more complex the problem, the more excited I am about analyzing and assessing probable outcomes that leave people satisfied. My previous role as the US Army Quartermaster Proponency Chief emphasized personnel lifecycle management for over 100,000 Soldiers, while another role of Course Director at the Army Sustainment University enhanced leadership training for sustainment commanders. These experiences reflect my commitment to enabling mission success through strategic planning and collaborative execution. Certified as a Theater Sustainment Planner, my goal is to continuously align logistics strategies with organizational objectives.
