* Primary role at SBA/US-VISIT has been to manage the initial build out of the SBA Enterprise Network infrastructure which includes the architectural design, installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of the entire Rosslyn, VA., campus consisting of five floors in three buildings. * Supervised a team of three LAN and two WAN Engineers * Coordinated the installation of two DS3, one T1, and three TLS connections for the SBA campus * Directed the development and deployment of the VoIP network upgrade for the SBA campus * Evaluated Software and hardware and made recommendations to Senior Management to meet business requirements and goals. * Synchronized and supervised Vendors to ensure they met contractual agreements of software and hardware installations. * Supervised the initial stand up of the SBA Tech Support Desk. * Maintenance of the Cisco Call Manager, Unity, MS Exchange 2000, and SQL servers.
