With more than 35 years of hands-on experience across underground mining, tunnelling and civil construction, I have built my career around delivering practical solutions that improve safety, productivity and operational performance in complex underground environments.My experience spans equipment, explosives charging systems, sprayed concrete applications, ground support technologies, aftermarket services and strategic business development, with a strong focus on underground hard rock mining and civil construction. I have worked closely with major mining houses, contractors and explosive providers to develop fit-for-purpose solutions that support both operational outcomes and long-term partnership value.Currently leading key account engagement within the mining sector, I work collaboratively with some of Australia’s largest resource companies to align technology, equipment and service strategies with evolving operational needs. I have a particular interest in the future of underground mining, including tele-remote operation, automation, sprayed concrete innovation, explosives charging ecosystems and technologies that remove people from high-risk environments.I am passionate about building trusted relationships, solving complex operational challenges and helping shape safer, smarter and more sustainable underground operations for the future.
