Michael Irby

I joined T&M in 1993 and since 2007 have served as a Partner and Senior Vice President – Development responsible for overseeing all the company’s development and project management activities, including land entitlements, site feasibility, project planning and pre-development, site development, building shell and interiors construction and project close-out. I began my career with T&M as a Property Manager at Perimeter Center and then Buckhead Plaza, and later moved into construction management overseeing tenant build-outs at Perimeter Center. Beginning in 1998, I was promoted to Project Manager in T&M’s development department where I spent five years managing both new development projects and interiors construction. From 2003 through 2007, I did a stint as Director of Leasing for T&M’s Industrial Division. I am originally from Atlanta and hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. I am active in the Georgia Chapters of NAIOP and SIOR.
