Led the access team to achieved over 50M sales. Built an end to end team operation and reaction procedure. Support delivery team to accomplished the project on time without any penalty. Achieve the satisfaction target and received on complaints from customer during the whole year. The experiences of this year enhanced my management skills and communication skills. Being an authorized decision maker allowed me to know more about how to manage myself, a team and business.

As a pre-sales team leader I took charge of IT business. During this two and half years, I achieved over 10M sales and led the high end storage break through.

As secondary of the director, I served china telecom shandong province corporation. I was also responsible for the sales objective and business operations. Assisted the director to built up the business platform which guarantee the business running smoothly. At 2012, our team became the top 5 of the china telecom key account. I was rewarded as key person of the mega project.

As the leader of Weifang local office, I ran the huawei whole product line business and operations which included the business planning, making strategies, setting business goals, customer relationships maintaining and team managing. During serving period, huawei local office rised up to the second place of the province. And the customer satisfaction was the number one, no complaints from customer sides. The sales was over ten million USD.

As a dedicated account manager who take charge of China telecom jinan corporation, I was responsible to maitain the customer relationship and explore the new business opportunities.
