I manage retail properties to maintain or improve the asset in relation to the safety, operation, look and overall value. Responsible for the day to day operations along with all tenant improvement, Landlord improvement,developing scopes for projects and creating RFP's to secure pricing for said projects. I create and maintain annual and five year capital budgets as well and all other administrative duties associated with my position. I have over twenty years experience in the operations field and was a licensed contractor prior to moving into facilities operations. I am experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel & Lotus Notes.
