With that in mind our General Manager in Bristol was recognised by the Cateys Acorn awards 30/30 and our Bristol GM was reconised as an 'Outstanding Leader' at the HR in Hospitality Awards. Mollie's was the proud receiver of the 'Best use of technology' award at the Cateys and we continuously strive to drive guest experience and operational efficiencies through our innovative use of technology in all areas.
