In my time as a Product Owner, I have been overseeing our client integration projects. We successfully released a new REST based API, which I spearheaded by taking it from an idea to product by managing both business and functional requirements using the Agile Scrum methodology. I worked with numerous stakeholders to determine business requirements and technical feasibility. Documentation was created for each step of the product including, project charters, roadmaps and client facing documentation. I was in charge of inter-team communication that included helping Client Services to help onboard new clients and train Support to handle new features. I oversaw a development team that released numerous new features and functionality. Visibility was provided to the project team and the business team on functionality-related changes or issues. I also managed triage for functional defects and helped work to resolve them.

Responsible for all aspects of running Pike Place Market store including meeting sales goals and inventory management. Responsible for rectifying all customer service issues Maintain contact with vendors as well as processing sales through a POS system.. Pack and ship all online and phone orders. Created a new design for the company website as well as marketing materials for the chain.
