Provide technical oversight for computer and electronics repair lines. Provide technical support for Electronic Technicians. Head project to create training manuals. Research equipment requirements for development of new repair lines. Research failure rates, repair cost and sources for product repair and maintenance. Train technicians in the use of test equipment. Train technicians on correct test procedures. Review procedures and assure ISO-9000 Quality Compliance. Oversee testing/repair and create test/repair procedures for Quality assurance. Write Procedures testing and repair of electronic equipment. Train technicians in the use of base station simulators, spectrum analyzers, RF generators and various other equipment.

Control Systems Engineer. TVA Electrical Distribution (Kentucky &Tennessee) Responsible for all phases of Capital projects related to the telecommunications and SCADA systems. Adjust and correlates data, recognize discrepancies in results, and follow operations through a series of related detailed steps or processes. Review setting sheets and identifies discrepancies, perform root cause analysis of telecommunications and control systems equipment failures. Maintain communication and technically consult with Distributors, neighboring Utilities, and other business. Maintain and review asset configuration of telecommunications and control systems equipment while insuring compliance with TVA and regulatory standards.
