Starting on the ground as a freight handler and forklift operator, I quickly moved into supervisory and training roles, where I discovered a passion for empowering teams and building capability. As a Network Trainer and later Strategic Learning Partner, I partnered with operational and retail leaders to shape learning strategies that aligned with business goals and delivered measurable outcomes. Now, as General Manager of a fulfilment company, I bring that frontline experience and strategic mindset together to lead high-performing teams, deliver for clients, and grow sustainable operations.
