* Lead 84 Cadets and seven cadre as a primary instructor for all pre-commissioning tasks with emphasis on land navigation, physical fitness, first aid, small unit tactics, and marksmanship * assists in planning, preparation and execution of all field-training exercises * monitors students allocations for professional development training * assists in recruiting prospects for the Basic and Advanced Courses * coordinated with local University officials, law enforcement, fire department, National Guard units and veteran organizations to facilitate training and support community events * the senior enlisted advisor to the Professor of Military Science.

Led 20 Afghan National Police Officers (ANP) during a riot with over 200 rioters * maintaining positive control of the riot with no injuries to civilians or coalition forces. Accounted for and managed 75 Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) assigned to the Province Community Center (PCC) * responding to 400 incidents involving terrorism and emergencies. Was chosen as Joint Combat Out Post First Sergeant above nine of his peers in the organization.

Responsible for the morale, discipline and training of a 24 person platoon. Administers the Army Physical Fitness Test, Common Task Training, and all required Examinations.

Senior enlisted Soldier in a 166 man Troop capable of world-wide deployment. responsible for the training, administration, health, morale, discipline, and combat readiness of Soldiers; responsible for professional development of all Noncommissioned Officers; acts as principle advisor to the Troop Commander on all matters of tactics, supply, property accountability, and combat service and support; responsible for the accountability and maintenance of all Troop equipment valued at over $24,000,000. During combat operations functioned as First Sergeant and Mayor of a base that housed 200 American Soldiers, 50 Civilian contractors and 100 Afghan Soldiers.

Responsible for the morale, health, and training of a 23 man Airborne Platoon. Oversaw all training to include Leadership development, field training exercises and physical fitness for all assigned personnel Served as a Jumpmaster during all airborne operations; responsible for inspecting all airborne equipment, conducting all pre-jump training, and many other related tasks.

Responsible for all aspects of training, ceremonies, community projects and special events for a 580 man battalion; provide technical and tactical advice on training, logistics and personnel management. Manage all daily operations of ten NCO's, 25 Soldiers and synchronized internal and external requirements for the battalion. Supervise the scheduling of training facilities, military schooling and Non Commissioned Officer Development courses. Maintain an operational control center that tracks, controls and assists units 24 hours a day and seven day a week. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of $20,000,000 worth of equipment.

The two-year General Studies program offers a wide selection of courses to fulfill degree requirements for students who have special education needs that are not satisfied by other degree programs; who want to experiment in diverse areas; who want to expand their base of knowledge or enhance their personal development; who are looking for particular skills; or who are employed and feel a need to expand overall skills to better meet new employment needs.
