•Perform analytical design and specify system components for dryers, dewatering systems, filter presses, and process filtration equipment with an emphasis on engineering and problem solving. •Develop the project schedule and coordinate with the client’s engineer and contractor. •Prepare and communicate with the client and company personnel all technical requirements in all aspects of the project, including process and instrumentation diagrams, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and equipment specification for purchase. • Review customer specifications for clarifications and exceptions. •Track and control project costs progress and costs. •Interface with vendors (write specs, issue inquiry, review bids, develop customer submittals) to select the most cost-effective components. •Review O&M manuals including coordinating with vendors and sub-contractors to obtain their appropriate documentation. • Work with the client’s contractor and Komline-Sanderson service personnel to install equipment.

• Generate detailed fabrication drawings and bill of materials for food processing equipment using SolidWorks. • Create electrical schematics and panel layouts. • Design custom tooling/fixtures. • DFA(Design for Assembly) and DFM (Design for Manufacturability). • Design rotating assemblies. • Experience in application of rapid prototyping techniques (3D printing, machining, and assembly) for research and development.

• Perform calculations for the stresses developed in the structural and mechanical components of overhead Hoists,Cranes, and Tractors. • Finite​ ​Element​ ​Analysis​ (FEA) ​performed​ ​on​ ​custom​ ​parts. • Generate 2D & 3D design drawings, detailed fabrication drawings, and bill of materials for overhead hoists other material handling equipment using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. • Create new electrical schematics and panel layouts and maintain existing schematics. • Review customer generated drawings and specifications as they pertain to the engineering design of the equipment or system. • Coordinate with support personal and shop fabricating.
