I was responsible for managing performance data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for the entire call center. Some of the items tracked included but were not limited to call volume, sales numbers, licensing status, team statistics. Weekly meetings were help with upper management and floor supervisors addressing report results along with distributing company changes and process updates. Multiple reports were utilized using several different software programs for tracking purposes to help monitor, support, and sustain goals and policy changes.

Responsible for handling high call volumes for insurance sales. I was licensed in 31 states to generate new business insurance accounts. Well versed in the insurance underwriting guidelines and differences between multiple states. Worked as a team leader to help drive sales goals up through motivation and staffing support. Helped with over flow call volume during peaks of high hold times for service and underwriting support.
