Overview: The Store Manager oversees daily store operations and ensures an excellent customer shopping experience. This role is responsible for leading the store team, maintaining store standards, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing. • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver good customer service. • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and manage product displays. • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and follows brand visual merchandising guidelines. • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally. • Track sales performance and work toward achieving store targets. • Prepare basic reports related to sales, staffing, and store performance. • Ensure all company policies, safety standards, and procedures are followed.
