Premiere Oil Field Services’ logistics focuses on the movement of a wide variety of goods to support the natural gas industry. Our team focuses on ensuring all stakeholders have direct access to the information they need to facilitate planning and communication. Premiere Oil Field Services’ efforts are on utilization of electronic environments to streamline communication and increase efficiency. Our in-house software writers have developed industry specific logistics software that can be applied to ordering and tracking a variety of products. This logistics software is customizable to allow stakeholders to interface with the software in a manner that is most accessible to the user.

Collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to build staff buy in and consensus to vision and mission statement. Assisting in screening, interviewing, and retaining highly qualified personnel to ensure that the best people are in the right positions across the district. Conduct classroom walk throughs to identify individual teacher professional needs and work with leadership plan to develop and implement professional development strategies. Identify budget needs for the math department and ensure that the budget is fiscally responsible and balanced. Collaborate and communicate with other instructional coaches relating to teacher professional development in regards to instructional needs reflecting curricular needs.

-Worked with educators, residential staff, therapists and administrators to develop behavior plans and IEP’s for students in self contained classrooms grades 9-12. - As Academic Advisor making daily operational decisions while principal was offsite and facilitating weekly staff meetings.

-Planned therapeutic recreational activities for adolescent residents at a treatment facility for severe emotional and behavior disorders. -Worked with residential counselors, administrators and therapists to develop behavior modification plans and evaluate behavior levels. -Ran therapeutic discussion groups and assigned residents to mentor and serve as an advocate.
