* After merger with Bank One assumed role of Product Liaison between online client applications and the electronic payment products including Clearing (Wire & Swift), ACH, and EDI. * Accomplishments: *  Following bank merger, more than 35,000 clients migrated to new consolidated services including multiple applications with the majority of the Fortune 100 companies. *  Working closely with major clients, successfully used project management disciplines to reduce complexity and eliminate the possibility of transaction delays.

* Responsibilities: *  To increase profitability of Bank One Electronic Products * by controlling quality, costs, competitiveness, and revenue growth. * Accomplishments: *  Bettered peer growth in revenue and profitability each year. *  During tenure Bank One moved to the position as the largest ACH debit Originator in the country and second overall. *  Implemented state-of-art risk management process for client and bank protection. *  Consolidated all legacy ACH and EDI platforms while improving functionality, quality, deadlines, and SLA’s. *  Added healthcare transaction processing and reporting. *  Implemented a global electronic batch payment process.
