Assistant Manager and in charge of the Tactical Department inside Forest City Surplus. I have interviewed, hired and trained new employees. As well as enforced company policies by progressive discipline model and had to terminate employees. I have been making purchase orders for the Tactical Department and communicating with suppliers. I have to negotiate prices and try to find the best deals to reflect low prices within the store. I help maintain an accurate inventory of hundreds of thousands dollars of merchandise.
