I’ve spent my career helping brands scale their fulfillment operations in a way that supports growth—not limits it. Along the way, I helped grow IDS Fulfillment from a ~$20M regional 3PL into a ~$100M national platform, culminating in its acquisition by DHL Supply Chain. That evolution created something powerful. As part of the DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN), we now combine the speed, flexibility, and personal service that defined IDS with the scale, technology, and stability of DHL. For customers, it means access to enterprise-grade systems, multi-node fulfillment, and global expertise, without losing the hands-on partnership and accountability of a smaller 3PL. I work closely with high-growth and established brands across DTC, B2B, and omnichannel to design fulfillment strategies that are practical, scalable, and built for what’s next.
