Within my long years of HSE Advisor I have gathered great experience in all sectors of HSE practices in the oil and gas (onshore/offshore), power plant and petrochemical plant construction. I am well rounded in field safety supervisory position, with excellent experience at Commissioning and Non Commissioning mechanical piping, scaffold, structural, civil works, building construction, sandblasting and painting, erection, Electrical and rigging, onshore and offshore safety functions. I have experienced in the preparation and developing risk analysis including construction safe work practices and conducting accident investigations. I do have experienced in developing HSE training programs and competence in the preparation of project safety plan and other technical documentation to a high standard. Experienced and conducting safety audit both internal & external I can work without constant supervision and act independently. I am an enthusiastic team player and a fast learner. I can immediately adapt to any working environment and willing to take an additional responsibility to achieve best results of the project. For current employment overall role involved working with main EPC/PMC Worley Parsons SAMREF Project in Yanbu KSA. Responsible for the supervision of the HSE functions on the Five (5) Areas project such as Flare Mitigation Area, Zone 9A and 9B Inter Connecting Pipe Rack, Pipe Sleeper 9B,Zone 9C Yanpet ex, Zone 24 Weighting Delivery Area, Zone 10 IC Pipe Rack for Flair and, Zone 18 IC Pipe Rack for Tie In in Old & New Pipe Rack in Clean Fuel Project SAMREF Yanbu KSA; the coordination of HSES functions with Subcontractor’s ARCC Site Managers providing HSES administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of safety at the work site.
