Core area of responsibility for all assigned categories involving achieving cost reduction objectives for Corporate Brands including all imports, fresh produce and indirect categories thru the strategic sourcing process, leveraging spend and volumes, strategically evaluating more than $100 million in annual spend for corporate brands and $50MM in indirect, implementing innovative strategies to achieve A&P's cost reduction objectives using fact based decisions. Corporate Brands - Successfully negotiate pricing and contracts with major suppliers for Corporate Brands & MRO in a total cost reduction effort, establishing strategic alliances with domestic and international suppliers for the last 10 years. Determine and apply procurement and sourcing methodologies for all categories, such as direct purchase or bid, Develop commodity market analysis, monitor and track commodities markets, Request for Proposal/Information (eRFP/eRFI), Reverse Internet Negotiations, Service level agreements. Compile and analyze RFP's, create bid analyses to enable the business to make fact based decisions. Demonstrates ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams at all levels of management. Indirect - Negotiated and manage income generating categories (OCC, plastic), delivering additional cash income for year over year. Indirect Operations - Currently manage Reverse logistics ($20MM in income), which includes negotiating ARP (swell) agreements. Manage solid waste and rendering (grease, bone and fat) categories for Operations. Indirect Operations - Fleet – currently manage daily fleet operations of over 200 vehicles, negotiate new car purchases/leases, terms & conditions. Experienced with multiple sourcing (RFP/Internet negotiations) software applications such as Ebreviate and Eprocure.

Project Management - Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Executed project plans for installation of WMS (Triceps) systems within the A&P national distribution network (six locations). Trained on site staff and union associates on system processes functionality, Supported onsite management in daily operational activities, including inventory control during installation of new software solution.

Warehouse Supervision, Fresh Inspection operations & Transportation • Conducted fresh inspections on fresh produce and meat according to the USDA guidelines to ensure compliance and product were within specified tolerances. • Managed receiving and distribution replenishment in a first in, first out (FIFO) environment • Managed a staff of 20 - 25 in a union environment • Inventory control - conducted and managed the inventory processes, validated results and reconciled issue when required. Transportation- • Dispatched driver as per the routing schedule • Ensured Preventive maintenace was performed on fleet.

•Managed Beverage Warehouse: Duties included inventory control, developed loading schedules, and monitoring receiving area. • Managed a staff of 15 in a union environment. • Resolved inventory discrepancies on returning trucks. • Supervised sanitation for entire facility. • Developed sanitation and safety programs including institution of OSHA regulations.
