I've been a contract Localization QA Tester at Square Enix, Inc for the past 7 years. I have a strong drive to make a difference in the gaming and entertainment industry, as my own personal mission is to ensure that the LGBTQ+ community has the proper representation that it deserves in modern media. I like to play farming simulators and MMORPGs in my free time, but have experience playing multiple genres across different platforms (FPS, JRPG, RTS, MOBAs, etc). I’ve worked on many AAA titles such as Kingdom Hearts 3, Dragon Quest XI S, Final Fantasy XIV, and more, where my job was to find and correct syntax, spelling, and grammatical errors. I have contributed to the ESRB ratings of popular titles including Nier Replicant, Valkyrie Elysium, Dragon Quest Treasures, and more, where I recorded, edited, and produced videos submitted to the Entertainment Software Rating Board. I have experience working with local events such as E3, San Diego Comic Con, Anime Expo, and more as an employee of Square Enix, Inc since 2016. I helped manage consoles and booth setup, lines, and customer engagement.
