Lead a geographically, demographically and functionally diverse team to manage the business intelligence infrastructure for the CCAR and CECL regulatory reports. The team: - Liaises with various stakeholders to establish reporting standards across the organization. - Partners with Technology team to build a robust and scalable reporting infrastructure. - Facilitates the development and adoption of the change management strategy. - Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to automate end-to-end reporting. - Works with IT, report creators, and others to design and Implement access management policies. - Assesses new technological tools and their integration in the organization's overall strategy. - Manages the report release process. - Actively monitors the space utilization and works with users to regularly clean up the infrastructure. - Documents and maintains the report lineage. - Promotes best Business Intelligence reporting practices across the organization.

Led a multi-cultural and geographically diverse team to develop and deploy automated Tableau reports of CCAR and CECL production outputs. As a result of this project: - The quality of regulatory reports significantly improved. - Stronger Internal Controls equipped the team for the timely delivery of quality production outputs. - CCAR and CECL production outputs are transferred to downstream processes more efficiently. - More than 400 excel files used in the CCAR and CECL production cycles were automated.

Managed the development and implmentation of the Cash Flow Engine for CCAR and CECL regulatory production.

Developed credit risk strategies for the bank using cutting edge analytical methods. Accomplishments include: - Early warning watch-list statistical model for the $1 billion dollars portfolio management. Credit Line management strategies: line increase, decrease. Credit authorization strategy, balance transfer, line usage strategy, line activation strategy, cross sell and up sell. Designed and implemented data exchange processes with third party vendors (Experian, Equifax, D&B). - Designed and built portfolio management dashboard.

Managed the mortgage repurchase process with Federal agencies (FreddieMac, FannieMae) Accomplishments include: - Built an ACCESS database for managing the $2 Billion dollars portfolio. - Automated the repurchase request submission process with federal agencies, the bank and mortgage insurance companies (MGIC , PMIC and RMIC

Worked on various research projects under the supervision of professor Andrew at the University of Michigan Business School. Tutored his MBA students as well.

Served as the lead project manager for EDESA, a Moroccan consulting firm. Designed and implemented various survey research projects.

Morocco: Built a growth strategy using segmentation of the bank's customers.
